Environment
CPLEX is available only for academic problems. Usually, it will not be available during challenges organized on behalf of industrial partners.
We are evaluating submissions using Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2695 v3 computing cores at 2.30GHz. If the problem description does not state differently, the solution has access to one such core.
